Summer is never complete without indulging in a refreshing Moscow Mule cocktail, and they’re easier to make at home than you might think. Upon a recent visit to one of my favourite stores in Toronto, Spruce on Parliament, I picked up a pair of exquisite handmade copper cups by Sertodo Copper that instantly inspired me to get home and begin creating my own twist on the classic Moscow Mule.

As you may have guessed from the title of this post, the ‘berry delicious’ Moscow Mule recipe includes fresh blueberries and blackberries to create a homemade berry simple syrup that’s added into the classic Moscow Mule recipe, with the added spin of a Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer base to the cocktail. The result is a summery and refreshing drink that’s quick to make and easy to enjoy. See below for the recipe!

Of course if you’re not up for making cocktails at home it’s important to remember that you can always enjoy Crabbie’s over ice with a slice of citrus for a simple and delicious beverage this summer.
