City Guide: A View of Mexico City From Behind The Lens of Evan Goodfellow

Happy National Tequila Day! If you didn’t know it was National Tequila Day today, well, grab a shot glass, some salt, a few limes, and praise the lord for such a glorious Friday celebration (by the way, I am not really religious, it just comes out on days when alcohol is openly celebrated by people around the world). PS. Moving along, now. Last summer while I was visiting Montreal on an intimate press trip to discover the city’s design festival, I made fast friends with the only boy on the trip, Evan Goodfellow. We quickly shared a mutual fascination for each other; he impressed with my blogging know-how and presence in Canada, and I with the ease in which he would flop onto my hotel bed to borrow my laptop charger and tell me of the cute French girls he’d spent time with the night before.

When Evan moved to Mexico City earlier this year, we’d hoped to connect again when I went down to Mexico to shoot the next episodes of Style Jaunt. While unfortunately we weren’t able to see each other (we didn’t end up shooting in the city whatsoever) Evan kindly offered to shared some of his latest photos from his life in Mexico, and I happily accepted.
