The negative temperatures and constant snowfall of the #PolarVortex have got me thinking it’s Christmas all over again. Seriously, every time I’ve opened my door recently to find a fresh winter wonderland outside, I’ve wished passersby and parting guests a Merry Christmas. Can you blame me? It’s one of the only ways to add some fun to the frigid weather! This wonderful roast chicken recipe by  renowned Chef Susur Lee, was specially created for Soda Stream and will evoke memories of the festive season, but with a contemporary twist of course.
