The Fairmont Royal York in Toronto is such a plush and beautiful hotel. I love the rich interior of its incredible, historic building that reminds me of traditional England. It  was only fitting to find Yardley London, a traditional British cosmetics brand (and one of the oldest in the world) in this setting at the Canadian Film Lounge during TIFF. Just a whiff of their lightly scented English Rose eau de toilette brings back memories of walking through rose gardens, while their English Lavender perfumed talc reminds me of stealing pieces of  lavender from the bushes I would pass by on my way home .
