Only the best kinds of stripes come out once summer hits. You know, the ones that appear on sleeveless shirts and short skirts. Am I right? It felt hella good to finally be able to wear this Wren outfit outdoors.

I love this top and skirt from Wren when worn together because they bring something that could be over-the-top nautical down to a city-level of chic. I’d say it’s definitely more appropriate for lunching on a patio by the water, rather than on an actual boat. Although, at this point I would not turn down lunching on a boat, no matter what I was wearing.

Of course almost bronzed legs could only be paired with a bronzed clutch, and here’s to hoping the colour complimented my still barely there tan. Really though, my bare legs were just an excuse to bust out my new rose gold Ela clutch from Gotstyle Woman.

The sun is shining, the weather is warm, and it’s time to SMILE! Grab the nearest thing in your closet that covers the least amount of skin as possible, and wear it with pride. Summer is officially here!

What I Wore: Sunglasses by Celine, top and skirt by WREN, rose gold studded clutch by Ela from Gotstyle, shoes by Ann Taylor.
