Just before jetting off to Lisbon, The Chic Canuck hosted a two-day pop up at Clara Obscura on Queen East. It was so much fun to host an event within such a cool boutique that we love so much, and to have so many of our friends, family, and fans come down to support, party and shop!

The wonderful people at Campari kindly supplied bottles of their delicious drink for us to create a signature cocktail that we could offer to attendees at The Chic Canuck Pop Up.


While doing some research on Campari cocktails, I came across a recipe for the ‘Americano‘ cocktail, which I decided to make some adjustments to and rename as the Canadiano cocktail. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients (for one cocktail):

- 2 oz Campari

- 2 oz Sweet Vermouth

- Soda Water (to taste)

- Orange Juice (a splash/to taste)

- Maraschino cherry to garnish


Grab your favourite cocktail glass and fill with ice. Pour all drink ingredients over ice and top with cherry. Serve.
