A great outfit that you love can help elevate your mood and your confidence when you’ve got it on, and the same goes for what you wear when you workout. I think we’re so lucky to be active in a time when brands are stepping up their design game, and ‘athleisure‘ is an acceptable trend that allows you to wear fitness gear all day long. As someone who loves fashion and fitness, I often have just as much fun putting together my workout outfits as I do any others.
When my friends at adidas Canada sent me these new spring pieces to wear during the adidas #HereToCreate workouts in Toronto, I was immediately attracted to the rich bright colours and couldn’t wait to put everything together as an outfit. I mean, how perfect is this look paired with my exaggerated white cat eye sunglasses? As you know, I’m never afraid of making things look a little kitsch. To me, this is a Peg Bundy meets the Little Mermaid workout look, and I’m ALL about it.
