Here’s a round up of the best events from the city’s fashion scene (selected by moi) where everyone is invited. In this edition: a Valentine-themed pop-up for a local jewellery designer, a sample sale at a sustainable clothing shop, a preview of a new fall/winter collection and more.

Every Day Is The 14th

Either way, Miracle Thieves has brought together 14 female artists from Toronto to create limited-edition crafts centred on the idea of love. Participating artists include Robin Lacambra, Mika Sato, and Vanessa Warrack of Bully Boy Lingerie. Don’t miss the launch party this Thursday night from 7-11 p.m.

Blackbird’s Valentine’s Pop-Up

When: Feb. 8-10
WhereOz Studios, 134 Ossington Ave.
Details: What better way to prep for Valentine’s Day than to hit a local pop-up shop and indulge in sweets, love potions, jewellery “and all things amorous?” This Friday, the girls behind one of the city’s favourite jewellery brands, Blackbird, are setting up shop on Ossington to sell you all of these things. Cash, debit and credit are all accepted.
