Everyone has a different favourite appliance in their kitchen; for some it’s their stand mixer, for others it’s their toaster oven, but, for me, my number one can’t-live-without kitchen appliance is my Nespresso VertuoLine.

Why? Well, to be honest I’m a bit of a Americano-addict and try to avoid drip coffee. Also, our Italian espresso maker simply takes too long during weekday mornings. I am, after all, a girl who likes to stay in bed until the very last second and will fly out the door within five minutes. Nespresso VertuoLine is literally the only machine that can get me great coffee as fast as I need it.

Since summer is sadly coming to an end, I’ve been making an effort to slow down my weekends and soak in relaxing mornings in my garden. Since a weekend morning allows me more time to enjoy my coffee (and make my coffee for that matter!) I decided to get a little adventurous with my Nespresso mornings and try the Nespresso VertuoLine Iceberg Latte recipe. I absolutely love the inclusion of coconut water and agave nector in this recipe for a slightly sweet coffee treat, and I hope you do too! Keep reading for the full recipe:
