This here may look like a regular ceasar, but I can assure you it is not. Unlike the common ceasar we all know and love, this one is not made with vodka, but a strong Ardbeg whiskey instead.

The difference in taste is shocking, and the kick so strong it nearly knocked my socks off after my first sip at the Ardbeg tasting last week. After the initial surprise, the intensity was highly enjoyable and super tasty. If you are wondering why pieces of bacon are laid around it (as I was) it is because the salty flavours of the meat bring out the taste of the the drink, yum!

I scored the recipe from the PR so y’all could try this at home.

1-1.5 oz. Arbeg Ten Year Old

2 dashes hot sauce

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Celery salt
