For ages my girlfriend Sara (the genius behind the Southern Lady Cocktail Recipe) has urged me to buy a bottle of Aperol as part of my home bar essentials, especially considering my love for Campari. It was fate when a fresh bottle of Aperol showed up at my door, and I had the chance to explore – for the first time – making a classic Aperol Spritz cocktail recipe on my own.

A Classic Aperol Spritz Cocktail Recipe:

What you need:

3 parts Prosecco

2 parts Aperol

1 splash of Soda

Fill a glass with ice and combine the ingredients above.

Serve, and enjoy!

Easy, right?
