Meet Claire, the Global Ambassador of that wonderful thing that is Belvedere Vodka. This chick is the beez-neez when it comes to creating Belvedere cocktails, and, naturally, she goes by the name “Mama Belvedere“. Originally hailing from the UK, she is now based in NYC where she spends “about five days a month” as she is so busy travelling the world the rest of the time. Glam much?

I had the pleasure of meeting Big Mama B earlier this week at Church Aperitivo Bar to learn how to make her fashion-inspired cocktails, in celebration of Toronto Fashion Week! Now that the official week is finally over, I can’t think of a better way to spend the weekend than by making and drinking many  of these delicious concoctions straight through ’til Monday.
