Ben Sherman has landed in Toronto. The iconic British brand has set up its first free-standing store in Canada on Queen Street West. Since 1963, the menswear brand has been famed for suiting up musicians and other dapper-dressed gentleman, as well as being the first to produce the beloved Oxford button-down shirt.

The new space brings an innovative approach to contemporary retail, playing host to “The Shirt Bar” (a counter dedicated to making the task of finding the perfect shirt an easy and enjoyable experience) and an interactive window display, where passersby can select articles of clothing to be rotated for closer inspection.

Taking up around half the space is the new contemporary line Plectrum by Ben Sherman. Think less traditional suiting and more colourful chinos, plaid shirts and tweed hunting jackets.

Situated only steps away from Klaxon HowlNomad and Buckler, this block is fast becoming a hub for some of the best in menswear shopping this city has to offer.
